Matthew Matt James, born on December 5, 1991, in North Carolina. Matthew Matt James is a mixed race child of Manny James and Patty James. His father is Nigerian as is his mother is a caucasian American. After graduating from Sanderson High School, in 2010, he attended Wake Forest University and obtained the Bachelor's degree in Economics. James became famous when he filmed his first appearance as a reality star in The Bachelorette. In 2020 he got selected to play the role of bachelor on The Bachelor's season 25 becoming the initial African American male lead which was later aired in 2021. James seemed to be the perfect choice for the role as he is handsome well-rounded tall and has a good sense of humorous. Rachael Krakconnell was the one James had picked as his partner through the remainder of the season. In 2021, he joined forces with famous dancer Arnold for the 30th season of Dancing with the Stars. James as well as Arnold finished 12th on the competition.
